- Download the Libby App
- Search for your library
- Click on Oregon Digital Consortium
- Then find "LEO Listens - Libraries of Eastern Oregon"
- Enter your library card number
- Enter your password
- Last 4 of your phone number
- or your birth year
- Borrow or place a title on hold!
