How to log-in to Libby

Getting Started

1. Download the Libby App
2. Search for your library
3. Click on Oregon Digital Consortium
4. Then find "LEO Listens - Libraries of Eastern Oregon"
5. Enter your library card number
6. Enter your password
   1. Last 4 of your phone number
   2. or your birth year
7. Borrow or place a title on hold!
