Eligibility for a Umatilla Public Library Card

Library cards are available to residents who live within the City of Umatilla or the Plymouth area. If you live outside of our service area, please register for a library card at your local public library. Once you have a library card from your home library, you can use it to borrow materials and access services at the Umatilla Public Library through our shared library system.
